Estimated Arrival of Albums
NORMAL ETA: 2-3 weeks upon ship out from Korea to Ph

Do you have a refund policy that I order?
Damages from shipment of the sites in Korea to our Korea address, shipment from Korea address to Philippine address, and shipment from Philippine address to your home will not be refunded by us, as it is caused by the mishandling of the courier. However if the damage is due to our packaging will be refunded depending on the damage dealt by us.

*Reminder: Please do an unboxing video. We will not entertain claiming for damages if there are no unboxing video.
What does GO, Pre-order and Onhand means?
- GO are group orders. We will collect all your orders during a pre-order period of different albums / merchandise to be ordered from Korean sites. The albums are all counted on charts and it will take 1-2 months to be available on hand.
- Pre-order is albums that are available in our Korea Address. You just have to wait 2-3 weeks upon pick up from Korea to be onhand.
- Onhand are items that are available in our Philippine address and are ready to ship to you.
What are your mode of payments?
Our mode of payments are: GCash, BPI, Palawan, and Shopee COD. There will be more mode of payments soon.
